<p>In case you are wondering whether I do what I preached on my &#8220;About Me&#8221; page, I&#8217;m going to give you a resounding YES! I&#8217;m passionate about building the best body I ever want, and I would love to share with people and friends who are also care about their health and life as well. Hence, I&#8217;m sharing with you my update on my fitness routine.</p>
<p>I have been weight training for years, and have a fair share of failure and disappointments &#8211; training so hard at times but no significant results. But not until I researched, examined and experimented with different ways and techniques that I&#8217;m starting to see and experience some decent body transformation. Till date, at age 42, I dare say that I have achieved some lean figure (but not muscular enough) and sizable in mass (but not huge). Despite this, I&#8217;m enthusiastic as always and keen to look forward to every new workout session, be it cardiovascular or anaerobic.</p>
<p>Currently, I&#8217;m into the 2nd phrase of the <a  title="Check out this program now" href="http://www.greatmusclegains.com/leanhybridmuscle" target="_blank">Lean Hybrid Muscle Reloaded (LHMR)</a> training programme. I&#8217;m excited about this workout schedule as it&#8217;s unlike other weight-training programs. It&#8217;s really a hybrid of cardiovascular and weight training combined altogether. It was unusual for me as I never mixed the two together. But the program give me a fresh perspective on the potential of gaining muscle mass and fat loss at the same time. We all know that is impossible to achieve both goals simultaneously. Yet, when I read and see those living testimonials, I was thrilled that it&#8217;s possible! Now, I&#8217;m almost done with Phrase 1 of the LHMR programme. Boy, it was intense! Not only I&#8217;ve to be physically prepared (as like preparing for war) but also mentally ready to go through the challenging workouts outlined in the program. In addition, I had to ensure that I eat well in post workout and after workout sessions as well.<br />

<p>My goal is to reduce body fat from 13.8% to 10% less. You see, every time I managed to gain some muscle mass, I also gained some body fat, especially around my waist line. And it is ugly! So by going through this new workout, I want to get ripped while gaining muscle mass. These workouts are unlike any other typical weight-training programs I had come across. There are days of training which focuses on power building, some on hybrid training circuits while other days are for muscle specialization. Personally, I experienced a variety of these training methods that can help me build up stamina and endurance, strength and power and lastly muscle volumization. Even though I am fit enough for the program, there are days where I felt challenged during the workouts; trying to catch my breaths in-between each exercise. These exercises are designed to train me like a warrior going for war! But I really liked the idea as I feel motivated and charged up for the training. One thing for sure is that you will never bored with the training as there are many ways and methods to customize them to your goals.</p>
<p>Thought that I would share some of my workout routines done using LHMR. You can catch a glimpse of my training workout as detailed:</p>

<p>Hope you get some idea of what it is like to train under LHMR. It is tough, but it&#8217;s fun for sure, and they had been proven to deliver results. Shall give you an update of my progress some time soon. (after I had completed Phrase 2 of LHMR) Until then, see you!</p>

<p>As we know, when we reached the middle-aged, our bodies start to &#8220;fail&#8221; us. By that, it means our metabolism is not as fast before, our responsonsibilites as a sole bread winner get so heavy that we do not have the time to exercise anymore and lead a healthy lifestyle. And hence, this affects our diet and body composition and structure.<br />
