Hi, thank you for visiting my site. I am Brian.

Hope you have a enjoyable time surfing for information at my site. I had a passion for building muscle. Hence, I am sharing with you, my lifestyle and hobby. I have just hit 40 and am working out 3 times, every alternate day of the week in the gym. I have been in this fabulous routine for 14 years. It is always fun and enjoyable in the process of maintaining my outlook, health and fitness ever since. Even when I knew at age 40, our bodies start to “deteriorate” in terms of health, I strongly believe we still can slow down this aging process.

I had been faithfully moderately active for all these years. I grew up never really appreciate the importance of health. I was thin and fragile as a child, and sick too. For the worst, I was busy mugging for exams and study and never bother to care for my own health. Therefore, I was weak and had got a sensitive nose. I would sneeze as I approach environments that contain dirt, dust and cold. It was terrible.

Not until I have to serve national service (army) that I realized that I need to get into shape and be physically fit. By then, I was working out in the gym, trying to improve my strength and stamina. Then, I started to appreciate the true benefits of exercising. I experiemented with different routines, such as jogging, sprinting, swimming and weight training in the gym.

To date, my mass had increased from a measy 50kg to 67.4 kg to be exact. Through a proper diet planning and structured training to build muscle mass, I was able to achieve my personal goals gradually. My whole body was well transformed and still transforming!  I am satisfied with my accomplishment so far, and I planned to scale even greater heights. I would want to become more ripped, with 6 pack abs displaying beautifully when the shirt is off. This kind of accomplishment is what money CANNOT buy!

So folks, if you are reading this – I want to encourage you that it is NOT too late a start a fitness program. Even if you think that you are not discipline enough, lack of motivation and whatever other lame excuses that you can think off, nobody owes you a healthy and fit body. I always believe that when you are truly healthy from inside out, your life will be transformed and changed in many ways.

I constantly observe that many people, regardless of age, “waste” their health away just like that. It is a pity. If only they really look hard into their lives and lifestyles, they would been more healthier and happier. Well, this is my personal opinion.
