Again in this video, Rob Riches talks about how we can engage the obliques muscles while training. You see, a lot of people (observe those training in the background) never think while training their bodies in the gym. He clearly demonstrates the how by showing the differences between not engaging his abs and really engaging them. Also, not many people ever have the time to train up the obliques, which actually are critical if you want to achieve that ripped look. It certainly can add on the “WOW” factor when your shirt is off. Really beneficial for me, and I hope it will be equally useful as tips for you as well.
