To be honest I had some sleeping problems until I started eating healthy and getting masses of exercise, now, I cycle 10 to 15 miles a day 6 days a week, and spend 5 days a week in the gym too. 

Believe me, sleep is NOT a problem anymore! ;)

If anything, now, I regularly sleep 9 to 10 hours a night, and I get good quality, deep sleep too (the best for growing)

I tend to be more prone toward using carbs as an insulin control method in longer cycles, but I still feel his ideas are solid as the correct intake of healthy fats can really effect natural hormone levels.</description>
