not getting much sleep is a bad thing. the more you sleep the more calories you burn. also more sleep you get the more energy your body has to burn off when you are awake. there is more to it than that, but that is a bit of it for ya.

all you need to do is have a good diet exercise everyday no matter how lazy you feel and get enough rest, its worked for me so far and i dont take any supplements at all. it just depends on how bad you want it.
