I totally agree, meal frequency is not THE factor that makes people fat (if it were this video would&#039;ve been only 1 tip), but it&#039;s one (of a few) important factors.</description>

		<description>&lt;b&gt;I eat closer to ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; I eat closer to every 2 hours, sometimes every three depending on my day. Here is my eating schedule:

8:00AM - Protein shake
10:00AM - 8 Egg whites and oatmeal
12:00PM - Protein shake (right after my workout)
1:00PM (Post workout) - Chicken breast and brown rice
3:00PM - Protein shake
6:00PM - Fish/chicken breat and brown rice

I sometimes have another protein shake before bed if I&#039;m feeling hungry.</description>
