Again in this video, Rob Riches talks about how we can engage the obliques muscles while training. You see, a lot of people (observe those training in the background) never think while training their bodies in the gym. He clearly demonstrates the how by showing the differences between not engaging his abs and really engaging them. Also, not many people ever have the time to train up the obliques, which actually are critical if you want to achieve that ripped look. It certainly can add on the “WOW” factor when your shirt is off. Really beneficial for me, and I hope it will be equally useful as tips for you as well.

A cover model and TEAM Optimum Nutrition Athlete, Rob Riches shows how he trains to develop and strengthen his core to reveal six pack abs. Really good information as we get to see how he really trains his abs. A lot of body builders want-to-be like to “Monkey See, Monkey Do”. Well, in case if your don’t understand what I’m talking about, it refers to the learning of a process without an understanding of why it works. Therefore, if you want to train your abs more effectively and get better results, this video is not to be missed! But bear in mind that there are many ways to train up one’s muscles, including the abs. In reality, there are no hard and fast rules and there’s no one way to do a thing. So indulge the info with an open mind, ok? (I know some of you will have different opinions of some sorts)
